She ended up in the ER last night and after being there for 4 hours the doctor had given her another dose of Tylenol and Benadryl. When those didn't seem to work they gave her a steroid. I don't know much more than that.
Amanda kept me updated through text messaging and I tried to keep busy while I waited for information.
I was a little worried.
But I guess that's my job.
Amanda called this morning and said that she was happy and playing. That's a good sign. The bad news is the doctor told her that it could take 1 to 3 weeks for the rash to go away.
I hope it's sooner than later.
